SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Rates and delivery times depend on where your order is fulfilled from:Orders shipped from our Hermiston, Oregon facility:
- Standard (3–5 business days): $8.00, or FREE on orders of $70.00 and up
- Express (1–2 business days): $15.00
Orders fulfilled by our fulfillment partner (Zendrop):
- Economy (1–2 business days): FREE on orders $0.00–$70.00
- Standard (3–5 business days): $1.00 on orders $0.00–$100.00
- Express (1–2 business days): $8.00 on orders $0.00–$250.00
International orders: rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier (DHL Express, FedEx, or USPS), destination, and package weight.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SECTION 3 - WHERE WE SHIP
We ship throughout the United States and to 27 international destinations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas via DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS — plus the rest of the world via DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Connect Plus. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout; DHL Express shipments support prepaid duties. Any import duties or taxes for your country are your responsibility unless prepaid at checkout.SECTION 4 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel any unfulfilled item within 15 minutes of placing your order by contacting us immediately at derpdiamond111@gmail.com. Once the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, or once your order has been fulfilled (shipped), cancellations are no longer available. If your order has already shipped, our 30-day return policy applies instead.SECTION 5 - RETURNS
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the delivery of the last item in your order to request a return. The return window is extended to account for weekends and holidays. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping is free: if your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. We never charge restocking fees.

Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or cancelled. This includes all products in our Final Sale collections.SECTION 7 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened consumables such as energy drink tubs and supplements cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards are non-returnable.SECTION 8 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at derpdiamond111@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.SECTION 9 - SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not liable for shipping delays. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, delivery is in the carrier's hands. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will help you track your package.SECTION 10 - INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it at your cost.SECTION 11 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
